Scrabble: Lagging and Loading Issues

Yes, yes, we all keep our caches cleared and our browsers updated. The game is lagging badly, takes forever to put up letters, freezes, becomes unresponsive. Et cetera.

The Scrabble game is slowing down and often gets frozen. 

I am also having trouble, either it doesn't load or is very, verry slow in posting points.

I have been a member of this game since 2010; We will cancel this subscription as soon as it is up for renewal!

We have received NO support or help regarding the issues with the SCRABBLE game-it won't load properly and drops the entire game once it starts!

Please advise

I'm having the same problem with Scrabble not finishing up after I've completed a game. This makes 3-4 times in the last 2 weeks.
