I've tried and I chatted with someone from EA but they tell me to do the same thing you all tell me to do. It's NOT my computer or my internet. I have Kinetic for my ISP and Verizon for my phone and I can use my phones hot spot and it still does it. I can't share a screenshot in the forums for some reason and no way to add a video so they can see it in real time. You spell a word and you wait 3-15 minutes and it might spell the word or just freeze and that sends you back to the start. IF I CAN I am going to make a video and post it on youtube and post the link if it will allow me to do so.
