Scrabble Not Loading

NOPE. SCRABBLE is still just freezing. You finally spell a word and wait minutes or close it out and start a new game and it will do the EXACT SAME THING. PLEASE DO NOT tell me to cleat my cach/cookies, reboot my computers as I have a Mac and two Windows computers and it does it on all three and NO IT IS NOT MY ISP because I tried it on my laptop while working and my Office uses a totally different ISP with 2 GIG internet. NOT A SPEED ISSUE or an ISP ISSUE. It's a POGO ISSUE

Abbycattx you tell all of us the same thing when we complain. We want to know why POGO blames everything on their customers computers and their ISP's when it is only ONE game that is the issue. Like Scrabble freezes so bad you can't play it. That is NOT a browser issue or ISP issue because I carried my laptop to work and they use a totally different ISP and it does it there as well. So I login on a friends laptop and it does it on hers as well. The blaming everything but Pogo gets old.
How can I get a refund on my POGO subscription? Feel free to message me directly.

SCRABBLE is still just freezing. They will blame your PC/MAC, Browsers, not clearing cache/cookies, ISP's fault even when you have 2 GIG speeds and they are having NO ISSUES. IT's your fault bro so just deal with it like I have to. 🤣 Nothing more fun than waiting 5 minute for Scrabble to tell you the three letter word you're spelling is correct. When my subscription is up I'm out.
