I have played the game previously but today when I came to play the game just won't load help please. Is the game broken?

The game loads, takes an ink then crashes. The screen has an 8 but the side bar shows Level 11.
it loads until the end of the load bar and then won't go further. frustrating!
Same here. I'm stuck on a page with the old gardener and my screen won't progress to the game. It has been over a week. What's up?
