Did you have a chance to try the fix linked above yet? It has worked for many people so far. Please let me know how it goes for you.

If hardware is not accelerated, how do you fix it? I did the Quick Fix and updated my driver. Still a problem.

Hey there, @manda52p.
When you do chrome://gpu or edge://gpu (depending on your browser), does it have any AMD errors? Often times there's a separate link to update the drivers there if there's a new driver available.
If you'd like, you can post your GPU results here and I can take a look.
