Snowbird Solitaire level 471

Has anyone gotten through level 471 on Snowbird solitaire? If so, how do you remove the last shark to be able to collect the card from underneath it? There are cards to remove all the other sharks on...

I'd love to look into this. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing when the Sharks can't be removed?

  Hi there!
  I was finally able to get the game to work--after employing/wasting an incredible number of power ups that I purchased and didn't work! After asking the question and waiting 24 hours, I returned to Snowbird and tried again. This time the I completed the level without any problems or power ups! I have absolutely no idea why the game messed with me the one day. It was/is exasperating as it acted as a normal level of snowbird. But, the cards you collect to remove the shark hazards were not there to be collected. I didn't think about taking a screen shot! (I'm extremely OLD school--emphasis on OLD!!!) I do still feel that I was robbed frankly as I used gems to buy power ups hoping I could get through that level and nothing helped! Usually when something happens (something doesn't work as supposed or expected) I usually ask my youngest son who is in his mid 30s to help me figure out what to do. But, he has been hospitalized and couldn't help me. That's how I ended up finding the place to ask questions!!
