Snowbird Solitaire levels are not loading. The icon you click on in the lower right corner does not show your next level, instead it shows the number 9999 and nothing happens when you click on it. I have reloaded the game twice and then restarted my computer but it still remains the same.

I logged into the game of the month this evening to work on the 250 streak challenge. I'm on the "Cove", and I will often play additional games on the "Beach" to meet challenge goals. But regardless, no matter the area I go to, I get the same thing: On the lower right corner, where you would ordinarily click on the level you are on to play, it's stuck on level "9999". You can't click on it. It does nothing. As for the icon in the bottom left corner that you click on to play the in-game special event, it's useless as well. Games cannot be accessed anywhere, any way.

Game is working fine on my iPhone iOS 27.0.
Went to check it out, and mine is doing the same. The animation is going (waves hitting the shore) but clicking anywhere on the screen does nothing (settings, question mark, store, etc.)

Me too..Having the exact same issue. Did the suggested remedies with no change. Cannot play any level, although it loads.
I am having the exact same issue, shows 9999 where the next level should be. I have cleared cache, logged out and back in, still won't advance to next level.
