snowbird solitary
Pogo continues to have challenges with Snowbird Solitare, and my cards won't turn over. I have tried starting the game repeatedly. I have used coins, but nothing has worked. There is no way to play previous games or skip ahead in this particular game. I have tried to find contact information to ask POGO, but they must be in witness protection since I cannot find an email or contact information. I decided to try this. If you don't have an answer to how to get the cards to face so I can see them, do you happen to know how to retrieve the money I have spent trying to get the game fixed myself?
If you don't know the answer to either of those questions, do you have the name of a "customer-friendly" site with these types of games?

- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
