So Many techical issues with so many games in the last couple of weeks.

I cannot get the forum to load either.  Ridiculous - so many games now require buying coins, lives, etc.  They pretty much it impossible to play some of the games without doing so.  I used to love Pogo, now every time I bring the website up I wonder what is broken now.  And the response to repair the issues is pathetic.

I just received the new message that stated pogis have been added to my account and a few bonus ones.

That is not true, I was missing 4,800 pogis since the new constellation was not working properly.  I intentionally did not finish last weeks' challenges and eight of the Treasure Free Event until the new constellation appeared on Monday the 4th. I should be well into the Silver tier.  Nothing has changed since before.  Nothing added.  

it was a message in my inbox. Dated 11/13. I was not able to get to the location you mentioned.

If you completed challenges early and didn’t receive Pogis, we've credited your accounts with the missing ones. As a thank you for your understanding, we've added bonus Pogis. We appreciate your continued support!

Circling back to see if there has been any progress with the new constellation error on day one, 11/4. I received in my inbox that pogis were added, they were not. I would really appreciate it if someone from the technical team could take a look.

if you check my progress on day one of the new constellation you can see that I received 12 badges and completed 2 daily challenges, totaling 4800 pogis.

Hello, thanks for responding. I posted this issue a month ago and never got a response from the technical team. Can you look into this issue with Grants Garden in Pogo Slots
