Solaitaire Home Story repair bundle purchased but not credited

I was playing Solaitaire Home Story and was unable to beat a very difficult level. I decided to purchase the Repair Bundle for 325 gems. It took the purchase but the screen froze, when I refreshed it...

In still have not. I've sent in multiple receipts via email, always get a different person. My Pogo user name is azrobin
