I just finished the Solitaire Home Story daily tasks and when I clicked to go to claim the Free Reward (90x coins in Matching Moments), it said that I just purchased 10 NaN gems.
I have not purchased anything and want to make sure nothing was charge to my card on file.
Same problem here too.
I'm hoping it's just another glitch!
Similar story - I've just finished a challenge game and got a pop-up saying I purchased NaN Gems - this is the second time this has happened. I didn't purchase anything to my knowledge and not clicking accept to something I don't know anything about. What on Earth are NaN gems anyway??
Why doesn't anyone from POGO address this on going issue with Nan Gems. All morning I have been getting this pop up. What are they and why does this keep happening. Can someone from POGO please respond to all of these concerns!
Exactly the same sequence happened to me. Don't like losing gems that I did not
authorize.
I had some gems. Then I had fewer gems. Now the gems say NaN. HUH??
