Solitaire Home Story "Access Denied"

Game was working until 12:00 AM  7/30/2024 then went dead. All I get on that particular game is a black screen. Not a problem on this end as all other games are working and have cleared cache in case...

Hi All,

I am hoping they are fixing Solitaire Home Story as I complained. Bought the season pass for fun in the sun and it froze therefore I could not play. Tried to contact support but I am not able to add to my case??? EA do not know how to assist the players that actually pay for their services.

    Access denied and in  coins level you do not get stars for completing a game

        I hope you are extending challenges since  Solitaire Home Story is a joke to challenge before Sept 4Th not getting credits impossible to get other challenges done Stupid Game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I love the game but lately my money I get to when I finish a game disappears. I had 424 last few days ago and now  have 87 what is happing to the game. Pogo used to be so easy for help and now you are luck you find or get what you need. Some times it does not even load. It gets to where I do not want to play it any more. But such a great game. HELP   Gail

    If so may members are experiencing this issue then why make it a daily challenge!!!  Get the bugs worked out before you make any game a daily or weekly challenge.  This is terribly frustrating!  We're giving you money for something that doesn't work!!!!
