Solitaire Home Story Areas Frozen

Weird – I entered Solitaire Home Story and wanted to pick up the free stuff. I clicked on Chores and continued, but the game won’t take me to other areas, like to feed the fish which is in Area One. I tried to use the map to go there and tried to use the arrow. I'm stuck in Area 2 even though I finished areas 1, 2, and 3. Can't go backwards or forward from Area 2.
I’m on Edge, but tried on Safari and on Firefox as well. It seems to be account specific to me! I was hoping that clearing/cleaning/rebooting would help but have the same results.
Help!
