Solitaire Home Story Crashing Upon Loading
Solitaire Home Story is still crashing upon loading. Please don’t give me options for correcting the problem. I’ve tried them all, unsuccessfully, and it’s on your end, not mine. I’ve attached the Error Message for what it’s worth (unfortunately, to you, likely nothing).
I have raised this with you a few times previously. It was fixed for a very short while and then began again a few months ago. I have lost out on being able to play or complete daily games, special events, and it was the game of the month, last month, as well. So all those Pogis were also made unavailable to me. (In the thousands by now.)
I am so tired of this. As a Club Pogo member, I pay to use this site, and have a right to expect it to work properly, as well as to be able to communicate with and get a response from someone when things are not working. Yet you make it virtually impossible to do this. Given all the complaints you receive, it’s so clear you couldn’t care less.
If you’re unwilling to fix your games, please stop including them in events. It’s an additional slap in the face.
