Solitaire Home Story Freezing

I posted two weeks ago and I still cant play this game. WHEN WILL YOU FIX IT?????????? I can't go any further on Solitaire Home Story; The screenshot shows what It is doing. I have cleaned browse...

mom4troops, this is the same thing exactly for me. It has been over 2 months for me and I also have done everything and sent all things they have asked for. I really don't think they know how to fix it and are stalling with it.
