I'm very very very upset with pogo and Ea Game no response from either reported over a month on one problem now two weeks on another. No response on eith. My Solitaire home story frozen now for over two weeks. Don't win games for three or four days playing at least five or more hours day. I pay for atars to be able to get better prizes in game and to move on. I'm to point going to stop pogo totally over two hundred out of pocket for this one game. Nothing done at your end.
