Solitaire Home Story Frozen on Valentines

I am so frustrated t the moment. I love playing this game and platy it every day. Today it froze up completely when the Valentine's Day special bonus popped up, I had over an hour of free play as well and am so annoyed. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

    "We’d like to provide an update. As you may know, the Season Pass is no longer available, and you should be able to enjoy Solitaire Home Story without issues. No Season Pass was scheduled for yesterday. If you purchased the Season Pass, your gems will be refunded. We’re currently collecting data to resolve this, and we’ll update this thread once refunds are processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

    same here, no matter how many times l closed the windows or chrome it opened to the same frozen page, l lost 25mins free play

    Same thing has happened to me. Still frozen on Valentines special. Lost half hour of free play. I can't play any games since yesterday as the Valentines screen has frozen in the game. I have gone out & went in again & its the same frozen page. Can you help please.

    Looks like everyone is having the same problems. I have lost my free play and can't play the game because the Valentine special has froze. POGO we need a solution

    Same problem. I also had free play, not happy. I tried all sorts to try to move past the frozen screen, still stuck after several hours :(

    Same here I had 30 mins. infinity. Lost everything because it froze. I would like to know what's going on myself.

    Same here, and I am now losing 31 mins of free lives on  top of it. I am so not happy right now.
