Sorry to hear you're running into freezing issues.

Can you let us know are you playing this on PC or on a mobile device.

If on a PC can you let us know what browser you are using and if you've tried a different browser?

Also can you please let us know your Pogo usernames so I can forward it on to the team to help investigate the issue
