Hello EA Kent. Go back to the post under amosnueva New Novice (myself) from six days ago and read through it. It was posted on October 21, 2025 after my attempts to find a resolution in the POGO game forum on October 20, 2025. I then went to the EA Chat on October 21, 2025 and after a link was provided, I wrote the post. I did reply, the day before, to a post by DbDimond2000Ro. That person has also provided screen shots.
The details are all there and so are the screen shots. I even listed the approximate time everything happened. The issue arose the morning after the Amazon issue which I did not know about until after I started playing and heard the news on the radio. HALLOWEEN SEASON is back but not my progress in it nor my 150 gems. I am including a current screen shot as well as the screen shot showing the gem purchase earlier in October 2025. You will see that I am at the beginning of Solitaire Home Story and not at the Chapter where Peggy fell into the water and was rescued by a stranger.
This is not a glitch. This is a reset and based on the commentary I have been reading, it has affected the players who are farthest in the game with the most boosters, coins and power ups amassed. It does not seem to have happened to anyone else.
