Good Morning, folks. Day 11 and no resolution from EA Games and no desire to foment one. I first reported the incident on the POGO platform on October 20 and then on this platform on October 21. I followed up with a detailed explanation on October 22. There has only been one comment by a moderator who has no authority to do anything except offer vague assurances. I am out 150 hard earned gems I spent to get the SEASON PASS, Chapter Four in the Home Renovations and my progress in the HALLOWEEN SEASON. I have included a screen shot of my gem purchase twice but that does not matter to a multi-billion dollar company with more dynamic platforms to earn money from.
