Good morning, joybel0. It is not only that EA GAMES does not care, it is also incapable and not willing to admit they are incapable. Seven different platforms encompassing Sims, Star Wars, Sports, First Person Shooter, POGO, etc. and most likely hundreds of millions of players; it is easier to pretend than actually do something. That is the purpose of the so-called Forum moderators. The moderator engages to SEEM helpful and then no further action. I would prefer EA GAMES tell me it does not care and will NOT help me than continue to spin a web of lies. That being said, I want my 150 gems back and my former position in Solitaire Home Story when Peggy was rescued by a stranger.
