Why my season pass in Solitaire game is gone? All my gifts and my third spin is gone and they want I pay again. Please help me!

having issues where paid for gems in a POGO game and got to the end almost and it reset and asks to buy more to complete task. Was in Solitaire Home Story and purchased the gems for the Season Pass in the Easter Egg Hunt. I was at level 29, now back at 1. I do not want to buy again. Any help?

I lost all progress of my Season Pass in Solitaire Home Story, and it wants me to pay for it again! This is a badge right now that ends in two days. I need it restored or at the very least reinstated without paying. It also took away my progress for Oscar's treat; that is not a big deal, just an annoyance. However, I paid for the pass
- @EA_Illium SN - baw1359, using a PC, using Chrome, no error messages. The screenshot is showing I have to pay for season pass again. Looks like this is a widespread problem.
- @EA_Illium This needs to be fixed, or at least an update. It is widespread enough that it should get attention.

I was up to level 19 on the season pass and had paid for it. Please fix and restore.

Like everyone else, it just shows to purchase againThis has been going on for a couple of days now. What is the resolution? Can it be fixed or will you refund our gems so we can purchase it again before it is gone? Way too long for a resolution.
