Solitaire Home Story Season Pass

Have also reported this issue, but so far CRICKETS as usual. Wonder if the "people" who are supposed to help/monitor these pages are real or just bots. Beginning to think its option B.

I am  not able to Load the season pass for Solitaire Home Story. I have enough diamonds.. Please fix and advise what to do?

You'd think because Pogo is losing money with this issue (not being able to purchase the Season Pass in Solitaire Home Story), that fixing it would be a priority. 

        Me   to will not let me get season pass

I am too. I have tried all day and still not working
