Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:

- Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
- Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

unfortunately, none of that worked. If I log out and play the free version, the game works perfectly. The issue only happens when I log in to my paid account. The issue is in the account, not the computer.
My screen name is: bestmomone
Device is PC fairly new, and fully updated.
Multiple browsers. Mainly Google and Edge (fully updated)
No error message, the game just stays on the intro screen. image posted.
