The problem still exist, please help. And now there are badges in Pogo's newest 53 badge spectacular.

I am having the same problem with my Solitaire Home Story game not loading. I have contacted EA chat several times, and each time I'm told that it "may take some time" to resolve the issue. It isn't my computer since I've gone through all the recommended technical steps. My husband can log into the game fine on his computer, so I tried logging in under my screen name on his desktop, but the game still won't load. I downloaded the app and even tried to get into it using my phone, but nothing. When I click on the game, it looks like it's trying to load, so I wait. When I click the pogo home icon, it asks me if I want to quit the game and give up my progress. What progress?! I never got into the game! I had been working fine, then one day I started having the issue. All other games work fine.
Now I see a message on my issue page that says NO FIX AVAILABLE?!!
I have not been able to down load Home story for 3 weeks. I wrote them and nothing. Same old same old. Try this and that. It is not on my end POGO. It has to do with you. I really would like it taken care of so I can continue playing. If this continues I might as well end playing on pogo, I don't know what has happened to you all, but it sure has changed the way things are handled. Thank you
