solitaire home story

solitaire home story has frozen up on me . how do i restart the game? it shows all my Goodies are updated but i cant click on anything or pay anything. this all happened after i bought the easter rewards membership thing. yes my computer is updated and cache is cleared

Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment

Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache

Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser

Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in

Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?

Screenname:

What Device are you using?

Which web browser do you play on?

Do you get an error message at all?

This is happening to me as well. I've troubleshooted and it still does not work. It has to be the Easter Game.

EA technical support-Please help. I learned that each room you renovate in home story solitaire you start with a floor using your stars. I am loving this game. However I’m at the back area part 2 I think it’s the spa/massage/pedicure room. Where there was a fire set. I paid the many stars to choose my floor. It took the stars and never fixed my floor. I was very upset but continued playing hoping it would fix on its own. I’ve completed that room and the sauna and now it says to complete the room put new doors on it.

so I am asking EA technical support to please email me after investigating into my club pogo. The issue is my floor should be brand new like my other rooms clearly I’ve completed that task because I’ve been able to continue with the home story.
