Solitaire Home Story. Over the last week I’ve noticed some changes for, I’m guessing, is a new season. I still have Halloween decorations in the storyboard, but reference to some Christmas and no new season pass option. That said, for the last 3 days, the game won’t load at all. Just keeps trying to load before I get a black screen and message that game won’t load or website crashed. I’ve logged off and signed back in, to no avail. Help! Thank-you!

Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment

Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache

Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser

Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually

Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games.

Recently the Solitare Home game on Pogo crashes trying to start playing the game on my iPad (8th gen). It works on an iPad Pro. Both are on the same iPadOS version (18.1.1). Don't understand how a browser game would not work on both the same. Support suggested posting here but I am not very hopeful

Solitaire Home Story will not load on any browser I use. I have tried Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Safari with all erroring out. It is frustrating that this game keeps being added to challenges knowing all of the issues with it. I have restarted my devices, cleared everything, and tried both a laptop and mobile devices with no success.

Since you changed the Halloween theme in "solitary home story" it has glitches. Freezes, stops, comes up with sad face etc unplayable. Other games seem fine

On pogo solitaire home story when they updated the game once the page opens it has spinning blue flower thing that says tap to continue , but the scree is frozen on the image and does not let you click anything. So for 5 days now I cannot play. Once a day the daily collections pops up I can collect that and play a game until I win then the screen is unclickable. So everyday I am missing spins, collecting and playing. This also happened in August and I had that issue for 72 days before one day I checked and it worked.
