Solitaire Home Story

Solitaire Home Story has been having a lot of issues lately. If you try to change your decor in some areas, it freezes up. When you do your chores, some of the items don't change appearance. Now the new season won't allow you to obtain your items and continue playing. It freezes up, which causes you to lose your life timer. I just spent money to get gems to play the new season pass, and now it's unplayable. You can't get passed the screen for the season. The game has been really buggy overall for quite a while now.

No Season Pass was scheduled for yesterday. If you purchased the Season Pass, your gems will be refunded. We’re currently collecting data to resolve this, and we’ll update this thread once refunds are processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

  • I spent money for gems for the season pass too.  And was in infinity time too.  This really sucks.

    Thank you for that, but what about the gems that I spent on the season pass? Will that still apply or be reimbursed?

    I never got a refund for the gems that I spent on the valentines pass

    We are currently requested to monitor his postings for additional information and updates.

  • Game hasn’t loaded for a couple weeks missed out on multiple challenges love this game please fix it

    I have yet to get my 150 gems back I spent on Solitaire Home Story for a season pass that doesn't exist. You make it so difficult to find help. When are you going to give back my gems? I did after all pay good money for them and got less than nothing.
