Solitaire Home Story
Solitaire Home Story has been having a lot of issues lately. If you try to change your decor in some areas, it freezes up. When you do your chores, some of the items don't change appearance. Now the new season won't allow you to obtain your items and continue playing. It freezes up, which causes you to lose your life timer. I just spent money to get gems to play the new season pass, and now it's unplayable. You can't get passed the screen for the season. The game has been really buggy overall for quite a while now.
The team has been informed of this issue, and we thank you for your patience while they investigate this matter.

"We’d like to provide an update. As you may know, the Season Pass is no longer available, and you should be able to enjoy Solitaire Home Story without issues. No Season Pass was scheduled for yesterday. If you purchased the Season Pass, your gems will be refunded. We’re currently collecting data to resolve this, and we’ll update this thread once refunds are processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
