Hey there Thorrismom sorry to hear you're having this issue with Solitaire Home Story.
Do you know roughly when this problem started for you? Could you let us know if you're playing on PC or on mobile and if on PC what browser you're using and if you've tried another browser.
Could you also grab a screenshot of the issue and pop it here in the thread? This all just helps us narrow the issue down and will help the team investigate.
