As of this morning, I am unable to do any of the chores or any of the tasks in the story. I press the link but it does not take me to where I should be going. The game appears to freeze at this point. Any help to resolve this matter will be appreciated. Thank you

Been having problems for a few days now. Stuck in one area and can only do chores in that area. Cannot do story tasks either or it freezes up. I think it has been happening since the special event ended. On a PC using Edge

I have tried going into Chrome and Edge problem is still the same. I cleared my temp files as well. All the things that they said to try . Still having the same problem. The game is stuck in the 2nd room. If I try to go into one of the others It just bounces back into the 2nd room. I can do the chores in the 2nd room but not in the others. I can play the games but I can't use them for fixing things because I am working in the 3rd room which it won't let me into. Please help fix this issue.
I haven't been able to get it even load for awhile. I have restarted my browser and PC.
