I'm having issues with the game freezing up and won't go past this prompt no matter how many times Ive already completed it. So I've been unable to play the game for days now.

Safari-Specific Fixes
Try each step, then check if the game loads properly. If it works, you're done! If not, move to the next step 🙂
Force Refresh Safari (while stuck on the Merge Academy page):
Press Cmd+Shift+R or Cmd+Option+R
This forces Safari to reload without cacheSafari Website Data Clear:
Safari menu → Settings → Privacy
Click "Manage Website Data"
Search for "pogo.com" and "ea.com"
Select both and click "Remove"
Restart Safari completely (Cmd+Q)Disable Safari's Prevent Cross-Site Tracking:
