As a fellow Pogo player, I wanted to extend my support to you and acknowledge your frustration. I empathize with you and others who are facing this challenge and are unable to participate in Events, Badge Marathons, and other site events due to this issue.
I have read all of your postings and others enduring the same issue.
If this is any consolation, I am of the opinion that you and others are not intentionally being neglected and resolution is not purposely being delayed.
It is probable that the delay is a result of EA's IT department not having the necessary authorization to implement programming changes or patches to the game, they do not have ownership. This is owned and developed by Softgames.
Softgames may not be treating this issue with the seriousness it deserves, or they may lack the expertise to address the problem on an external platform. They are a small company in Berlin, Germany with around 95 employees.
I assume EA/Pogo is currently facing a situation similar to that of players, they are awaiting a response from Softgames with a solid solution. By this point I'm sure there have been numerous unsuccessful attempts.
