While playing Solitare Home Story, I get redirected to the home page in the middle of my game. I am losing energy points each time I am redirected since I have to go back into the game and start all over. Why is this happening?
We do not need to be told go back to the game. We are playing the game and are redirected to go back to the game . Please remove this item from pogo. You are making a move when you are interupted.

Are you all playing on either PC or mobile device?
Lastly when you are redirected are you given an error message or something similar? If so can you provide a screenshot?
Most of the time I'm not able to get into a game. It just goes to a gray page with a frown face. It's only happening with solitaire home story and yes my tablet is fully updated. It also crashes during games. Thanks for the help.
Thank you for looking into this. It is very frustrating when trying to complete a challenge and this happens.
It only happens when playing Solitaire Home Story. I don't get an error message when this happens. I am using a laptop while playing.
