Hey there, @bbwrite2day. I'd love to look into what's going on here.
To help us track down what may be going on here, can you share the following?
- Your Pogo Compatibility Tool system information. This will help rule out any technical issues when sent to the Pogo team.
- Date of the last rated game you played
- Your and your opponent's ratings before the game
- Your and your opponent's ratings after the game
- Your rating upon returning to the game in a new session
This will help us narrow down what's going on. I look forward to hearing from you.

- 5 years ago@EA_Arrenai Yes, I just left a game after two players vacated the table and lost about 20 points
- 5 years ago@bbwrite2day After I replied, I entered a game and my rating dropped by 10 points.

Along with the ratings issue, the interface has many other problems. Most often when I quick Quick Player, the player count is 4/4 but no player names show up on the the Who's Here box. Sometimes they do eventually, but most often one has to go back to Main > Quick Play many times to get a game started. Just doing this can't alter one's rating.
What are the rating rules when one leaves a table because one or more players vacate and I choose not to play bots?
- 5 years ago@EA_Arrenai Hi, I am experiencing the same issues, in addition the game freezes, and when I return to the table I lose pts.

I have been loosing rating all day upon winning hands or other team forfit. I went from 1460 to 1407, what is up with this?
