Spades HD will not connect to server

Spades HD will not load correctly. The game loads to 100%, then hangs at "connecting to server-please wait". This has been an issue for several weeks now. I've also seen on other threads the other...

Hey there,

Just checking in - are you still experiencing loading issues with Spades HD?

If you are still unable to load the game, please clear your cache, restart your browser, and try loading Spades HD once again.

If you followed the above directions and are still unable to load the game, can you please respond back with the following information:

Browser and version of browser
Operating system
Does Chat load in other single-player games?
Are you unable to play other multiplayer games?
Are you unable to play any other Pogo games?”

I will then send on this info to the Pogo team to investigate. 🙂

I am having the same problem. As far as i know it is the only game that does this. I have tried 3 different browsers, checked cookies, cleared cache. I have contacted "Help" where i get a phone call with no one there then an email asking if i got it fixed. Three times that happened. Been dealing with this problem since Nov 2020.
