23 years ago, I remember pogo starting, and it being fun and engaging. I did stop playing for many years, life happened... but then I was reminded of its existence, and happily created a new profile and was enjoying playing (maybe a little too much as I was on here often), UNTIL one of the games that was part of a badge event {and the Game of the Month} stopped working mid-game - mahjong sanctuary. I come to the pogo forums, because that's basically the only option to report technical issues... What do you know, those reports are ignored, particularly for mahjong s - as the game breaks at levels 12 and 13 so often the reports of it are vast. And yet here the game sits, continuing to be broken, and players given false/inaccurate ways to fix it - because even though your playing it one second, and the next it bugs out - somehow that's user error. It's frustrating and unacceptable - yet it continues blatantly. The fun and excitement of coming back to pogo has faded, the enjoyment diminished, because it's obvious they do not care if the games work or not, as long as you buy the gems in their new upgraded gem shop! :(
