Tile Hero Failing Again to Synchronize Player Data

I played this game last week and it worked fine. Now when I sign in it has me back to level 17, no lives, not powerups, and will not let me do anything on the screen. I have cleared browsing history, temp files, and cache. I have restarted the game as well as my computer. I have tried two different computers, one on edge and one with chrome; both loaded with the same results. This is an issue on Pogo's end and needs to be corrected. Could not participate in the daily yesterday and cannot work on the weekly challenge. I know I am not the only person with this issue since I have seen it in discussion in the chat rooms. Please address this issue or remove the game.

i won level 228 and it will not move me on to the next level please fix game

Trying to work on the Tile Hero badge, I'm level 33, keeps returning me to the beginning & will not allow me to play. Fix the issue or remove the badge!

I'm stuck on level 216 all it is showing me is the first level. Please fix this. I pay to enjoy these games and when I can't play it makes me upset, Fix it already POGO

I've talked to several advisors and all they say is be patient, they are looking into it 

Is anyone else STILL replaying the same chapter or am I just the only one????? I contacted someone about this as well as doing the steps that they suggested and nothing. I contacted them again (the first person exited out the chat before I could even respond by letting them know that the suggestions didn't work) and the second person I talked to said that they would get back to me......never did. 

I can't even get into the game. I've reported it - their response working on it
