Story Quest Bug

Purchased new Story Quest Episodes. Bug with all of them. All other Hidden Object games working properly, just a problem with Story Quest. How do I report this to POGO to get it fixed?

    Hi @poisonhi 

     

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

    When you click on an object it doesn't do anything.  Hints do not help.  Can't finish game.

    I purchased ( with 80 gems) all the latest episodes of Story Quest, including the new one that came out yesterday. I have been playing SQ for years, no problems. Now, when clicking on  items I find, some work, some do not. Cannot complete any of the chapters. I am definitely clicking on right items, such as the Blue Rose and Runes. One will work, one won't. I have used the find item power up, and click on highlighted  item and it does not work. It is a SQ bug.... I have no problem with any of the other Hidden Object games such as Claire Heart Classic, or Claire Heart Shadows, Winter  Wonderland etc. . If bug cannot be fixed, I would like my 80 gems back.

    HI

    I am having same issue with POGO Games Story Quest.

    I did all the things you mentioned to do with the computer and still does not work.

    Example should anyone want to try is the very first episode in Beauty and The Beast  Episode 1 Scene 1

    The same ones do not respond when you click on the items. These are:

    Teddy Bear, Cheese, Apple, M Rune, heart, cane, snail, paw print and clover. Could be others but have noticed these are the recurring items for this scene

    This is NOT the only Story or episodes or scenes this issue occurs.

    Attachment of the game with the items that do not respond when click on.

    According to these threads, it has been 2 weeks+ and do not see a follow up on anything identified as the potential bug in the game.

    It is hard to do a challenge if the games do not respond.

    Do you have any update on when this issue can be cleared up?

    Unable to purchase the new episodes of Story Quest that became available today (12/18) for 20 gems. Shows error, try again message.
