I just started playing merge academy, on the third level my board is full but it only says "you've gained a reward from completing the task, click on it and it'll move to the board". but since i filled up my board before this, it says "not enough space" when i try to click on the reward. yet it won't let me click anywhere else, i can't merge what i have on my board. can this be reset?
Hello! Unfortunately, at this time Merge Academy cannot be reset.
At times we do run out of space on our boards and must delete items to make space. However, please be very careful on what you choose to delete, certain items provided by the game will be necessary for us in the future.

It won't allow me to delete because I'm stuck in the tutorial. I've added a screenshot. The tutorial is making me place something on the board that I already filled and it won't let me delete.

I tried to recreate your scenario on my side to see if there was a way to bypass this and sure enough, my game became locked too!
There is no way to click on the board, the map or the awarded object. It is frozen.
We will need to wait for one of the EA Community Mangers to review this issue for further insight on how to proceed with the situation.
