TECHNICAL PROBLEMS IN FARM VALLEY
Are any of the unresolved technical problems in Farm Valley a result of the new ownership? Have they made cuts to the technical staff? I cannot believe it is taking so long to resolve my issue. I did not receive my 2750 crate reward for completing the sticker book nearly a week ago. I also did not receive the 2 silver keys I purchased with 90 gems. You took the gems, but I received no keys. You need to address this problem. This game is available on Reddit and Facebook and they don't seem to have these technical problems. If the new owners, Jared Kushner's Affinity Partners and the Saudis want to succeed here, they better realize that customer satisfaction is very important. Judging from the complaints I am reading here, the customers are not satisfied.
