Tile Hero: Dropping to Many Tiles

That's the way this game is set up.   There are "frozen" tiles or whatever label one wants to give them and yes, 2 tiles fall down instead of one.    I'm past level 204 and I make sure I have enough spaces for the 2 tiles.   It's all about planning ahead.   I don't think this is a glitch.  That said, I am still experiencing a black screen even when I delete my cookies, clean my cache, do a disk cleanup, etc.   

I clear my cache and cookies every morning but my problem in Tile Hero still continues. I am on Level 204 and two weeks ago this started. When I select a tile more than one tile drops down and fills up the space. It makes it impossible to win a game now. You only have so many spaces. I can't be the only one having this issue. I have missed so many challenges because of this issue. Please, please fix this pogo. i love this game but you just can't play it like this.

There are suppose to be winable games. I know the hard levels are hard but the reg games should not take a week or longer to win. This game has not shown me 2 matching tiles in a week in the easy games, by the time I can find 3 to match there is no room.  Will you please stop making new games til you fix the ones that are not working correctly.

I have been playing Tile Hero everyday since it came out. I am on level 193 and this just started happening to me. It makes it impossible to win when more than one tile falls and makes you out of space. I have been with Pogo going on 20 years. They use to go down every Tuesday night and do maintenance, we hardly had any issues. But they stopped doing that years ago and it seems now so many games have problems. Maybe that needs to start being done again. But for now can we please fix Tile Hero?????  I am a nurse in ER and I look forward to Pogo as a way to relax after working 12 straight hours :)
