Tile Hero Failing Again to Synchronize Player Data

I played this game last week and it worked fine. Now when I sign in it has me back to level 17, no lives, not powerups, and will not let me do anything on the screen. I have cleared browsing history, temp files, and cache. I have restarted the game as well as my computer. I have tried two different computers, one on edge and one with chrome; both loaded with the same results. This is an issue on Pogo's end and needs to be corrected. Could not participate in the daily yesterday and cannot work on the weekly challenge. I know I am not the only person with this issue since I have seen it in discussion in the chat rooms. Please address this issue or remove the game.
