Tile Hero no lives

I, as well, have the same problem. I cannot play this game. Whenever I try to play, the counter always says I have zero lives. I've tried clearing my cache, opening a different browser, and playing on a different device. I am beyond frustrated. Can you help? 

PS--- fixes like "keep the window open for a few hours" is not a solution. I use my computer and devices for more than just one game on Pogo, and for far more than just playing games on Pogo.
