tile hero shows black screen. A new game I suppose means more glitches problems,

Tile Hero not loading -- black screen. Tried in Microsoft Edge and Chrome. Cleared cookies, etc. Still nothing. Problem is NOT my browser.

This is what I have gotten for the past 2 days. Windows 11, Firefox. No issues with any other game.

    Still getting this message. Since I have shut down and started my computer several times over the past few days, I think my browser has been refreshed. Windows 11 & Firefox, both of which updated the day the game was released and prior to trying to access the game. No issues with any other game that I have played.
