Tile Hero: Not Rewarding Powerups

I too have the same problem of not receiving power up after chapters. it has been 3 now and i am so stuck on level 360 for days. Really need those power ups!  Love the game but very frustrating!

SO frustrating to finally finish a level and NOT get the power-ups... The coins help, but they go fast and you only get 50 for beating a board. And if we don't get Unlimited Lives as club members, the time between lives should be much shorter than 30 minutes. What a great and irritating game.  

I use Firefox browser.  Game has thrown an error since it launched.  Wouldn't know about any problems with game play,.

I just finished another level & showed I would be awarded the power ups, but they were not there. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Some of these levels are so difficult it can take days to get through them. With not getting my power ups & the difficulty of some of these levels, I'm ready to give up on Tile Hero!!!!

OK Pogo! I have not received most of my chapter awards, Fix this issue please and give us our rewards! Our lives get used, with no problem! Enough people have complained, It seems something could"ve been done by now by your support team! I think you could give us the courtesy of at least, a reply.....

me either.. the last 4 times for me. plus the pinata game is not working correctly either.. Not sure why they are just ignoring all of our complaints???

I have completed at least five chapters and not received the end of chapter reward power-ups. The game graphics appear to be awarding the power ups, but when opening the next screen to play the power-ups are nowhere to be found. I did not have this problem when the game first became available. I enjoy the game and have continued to play in spite of being short-changed the power ups, but it's getting frustrating to earn something and not receive it. Anyone else have the same issue? And if so, how was it resolved (if, indeed, it was)?

I'm having the same issue...  I have only received the bonus power ups once after finishing a chapter... I'm owed so many.  What's so annoying is that I've spent way too much on stupid gems to play this game .. only to be ripped off when owed free power-ups.  Tile Hero has so many issues. Please fix 

When I try to play tile hero java won't let me do to some sort of error when I do get on most the time java shuts the game off with that error so I lose all the progress I made . I was going to buy some jewels but until this issue is fixed I won't waste the money can you please address this issue thank you my game name is Imvan

Just finished Ch 7" again"  and I didn't get the power ups" again" that's two times the power ups I'm owed. Please pogo get on this game and fix the bugs , I said earlier if this continues I will lose interest and stop playing .
