Yet again cant get on tile hero 

i am having same problems for days and if you go on EA support it throws you on here again, we cant get any help  EA dont listen my pogo due for renewel in august after 25 years i am thinking not renew my pogo we having to many issues if you lose credits or gems we need to go back to old way where we use to be able speak to pogo not these stupid AI response 😡😡   PLEASE SORT THESE ISSUES OUT , its not my pcs or phone done everything you suggest and plus to many people having same issues 😡😡
