Tile Hero is still not working the lives wont refresh after days l am stuck unable to complete a bingo badge to move on to next card and its frustrating fix please or make it unlimited lives this is getting ridiculous

Lives are not refilling. I logged in and it says I have 29 mins until new lives, I wait at least an hour, so back in and the clock restarts at 29 mins and no lives.
