Still cannot play or get lives still nothing and you say you have the problem fixed. That's just another lie. I'm not going to renew my subscription.

The chimney shows needing 1 star.
The back arrow does nothing.
I can not play the game at all.
There are 2 challenges. 7 hours for the most urgent one.
This game is a real downer.I have had this issue for over 2 weeks
I have not been able to get any new lives for 2 days now it's not generating I wish they would fix this, it's been one game after another that there have been issues with.
Their "fix" hasn't worked. 3 days of sitting at 29 minutes.
