Tile Hero

This is beyond frustrating!!!  I have not been able to play Tile Hero for a month.  I have reported it over and over again and nothing.  I'm not asking for something for free.  We pay to play these badges and we can't.

I have been getting this message since the game launched and have posted multiple times about it without resolution.  As a result, I have not been able to attempt any of the badges that have been offered.  This is the only game I have not been able to access.  Windows 11 and Firefox have updated multiple times and cache cleared.  My 22 year old membership will  NOT be renewing when it comes due if this persists.
