i  had  the same problem yesterday

I have had the same problem for several days now. I contacted support through chat and after 50 MINUTES in chat, their solution was "wait a few hours and see if the extra lives show up". Then I was disconnected from chat. It was totally ridiculous. As of right now, pogo owes me 38 extra lives. Contacting support is not only frustrating, but completely useless.  I have been on pogo for over a decade and after this, I am seriously thinking about finding another game site.  If we don't get what we have worked toward and earned fairly, what is the point of playing the game? If they aren't  here to support us, why are we giving them our money???
